Shipping policy

Where we deliver

We currently deliver to addresses in the United Kingdom only, and you can collect free of charge from us in Wakefield. If you are outside the UK and want a system, email support@pumaspeed.co.uk and we will quote you.

Deliveries to the Scottish Highlands and Islands, Northern Ireland, the Isle of Man and the Channel Islands can take longer than the estimate below. We will tell you if we think your order will be held up.

Delivery charges

Delivery within the UK is charged by the weight of your order: up to 5kg is £6.95, 5kg to 10kg is £9.95, 10kg to 20kg is £14.95, 20kg to 30kg is £19.95, and over 30kg is £24.95. The exact charge is shown at checkout before you pay. Estimated delivery is 3 to 5 business days.

Larger systems

Some exhaust systems ship in more than one box. Where that is the case, all boxes are dispatched together, but they may occasionally arrive on different days.

Collection from us

You can collect your order free of charge from Pumaspeed, Church House, 178 Batley Road, Alverthorpe, Wakefield, WF2 0AJ. Choose the pickup option at checkout and we will email you as soon as your order is ready. Please bring your order confirmation with you.

Collection orders are usually ready in 2 to 4 working days, which is the time we allow for the system to reach us from Milltek. If it is already here we will often have it ready sooner, and we will email you as soon as it is waiting for you.
